the Inspector of Schools who may amend them before
submission to Government for approval.

Any proposed change in Regulations must be submitted
by him for the approval of the Advisory Committee
through the Inspector of Schools.

-fore the Inspector of Schools must be forwarded

powers to deal with to the Inspector of Schools.

(a) A register of all students admitted.
(b) Register of Attendance in each class.
(c) Register of the Examinations taken by
students and the results.

in charge of the sub-department.
(e) A Stores Order Book.
He will be responsible for the safe custody and pro-
-per use of all books, stores and apparatus belonging
to the Sub-department.
He will forward to the
Inspector of Schools at the
end of each month a list of any lecturers who may
have been absent stating the cause of absence.

The Annual Examination to test the progress made will
be arranged by him and conducted jointly by him and
by the lecturers.
